Day 4 - Cravings!

OK Day Four - here we go!

I slept really well last night, better than I have slept in a LONG time.  I have to admit it was really hard to get up though, harder than usual.  It seems my body is really soaking up the ZZZZs.

I'm feeling good overall.  I had more energy than usual today and did not feel the need to take my second dose of Dexedrine - just grabbed another bottle of juice when I was feeling tired in the afternoon.

I easily downed three bottles of juice today so hopefully my appetite is increasing or at least adjusting to the juice.  

CRAVINGS!!! AHHH!
My cravings kicked in to high gear today.  I wanted chocolate, ice cream, coffee, anything fried, and the list goes on.  They were intense too.  I was actually like envisioning an m&m in my mouth.  It was rough!  But I'm glad I didn't give in and just reminded myself that each battle I win is for my health.

I prepped my juices for tomorrow.  It still takes me a long time to go through the whole process but I'm slowly getting faster at it.  And I am actually really relieved now that everything was washed in advance since it is a huge relief at the moment to just grab something that is ready. Up until now I was following recipes from the books but today I got brave and decided to make my own juice.  Just juiced a bunch of random stuff including...GARLIC! I haven't tasted this concoction yet but the smell is REALLY intense and it looks disgusting.  Let's hope it's worth it! 

CONFESSION:
So I was bad the last 3 days and did not do my yoga or my cardio...ZERO workouts.  Tonight I got back on track and tried a new workout!  I did P90X Yoga X.  ummm WHOA.  Super intense, but seriously AWESOME.  I was sweating from head to toe which was great knowing I'm getting toxins out of my system!

Disclaimer:  I'm a super open person and am very straightforward.  It takes a lot to make me uncomfortable.  I realize that not everyone is like that though!  When I include graphic information, I'll include a little warning so that you can steer clear if that's more comfortable for you.

I haven't had a bowel movement in a couple days which from my understanding is unusual with a juice fast.  I could increase the fiber substantially but I don't want to become dependent on it.  I have to remind open minded and acknowledge that the juice fast might not be the best thing for me if my body doesn't respond to the Colon Cleanse aspect of it soon.   We'll see what happens.
