I am still doing well on the juice fast but honestly, the prep each day is becoming pretty exhausting. Because I am following a specific plan, I find it takes extra time to follow the recipes etc. rather than just juicing whatever I feel like. I also find that prepping all the veggies takes a lot of time. All the leafy stuff takes the longest but everything takes prep. At a certain point I have to weigh whether or not the energy exertion is worth it since that is also damaging to my health.
